Exchange and Return policy

In order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, all purchases are subject to return and exchange according to the following conditions:

_ Ensuring the safety of the product and its original packaging and not being used, and the company has the right to refuse to receive or compensate any damaged product that is not in its original condition.

_ We guarantee the return of any product damaged, or wrongly ordered.

_ The return period is three days from the time of receiving the product from the carrier.

_ When the product arrives at hikayah General Trading Company, we will return the price of the product if it was paid at the time of purchase by electronic payment. This may take up to 14 days

Shipping and handling fees cannot be returned, unless the device is damaged, God forbid.

_ In the event that you do not provide us with the correct and complete address, Hikayah General Trading Company disclaims its responsibility in the event that the shipping company excludes the order for one of these reasons, and the customer is not entitled to claim anything after that.
