Payments Terms and Conditions

Debit Cards Term and Conditions

Please read the following terms of use and disclaimers carefully before using

K-NET:

• The customer may cancel the order if the delivery time exceeded the

vendor delivery promise time highlighted in the vendor info section, your

paid amount will be refunded back to his account.

• The customer order cancellation is limited to a maximum time of five

minutes of placing the order, not applicable to any electronic goods (e￾vouchers).

• The customer refund procedure might take five working days to process

on the K-NET payment gateway, and then the customer has to follow on

with his bank in case any delay in crediting his account back with the

amount previously paid by him. We will be sending an email to the

customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from K￾NET payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to

revise the bank with.

• Customers using the K-NET facility are requested to be available on

their respective contact numbers.

• The customer would be reimbursed in case the vendor faces the

inconvenience of a missing item (Reimbursement applicable only for the

missing item).

• K-NET used in placing orders through the online payment gateway on

Payzah website or applications must belong to the user. Otherwise, the

user must attain the legal permission from the card owner to perform

the transaction.

• The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the K-NET

facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.

• The customer is liable to pay cash on delivery to the driver in case the

"Special Request" or "General Request" may require extra charges.

• The customer should make sure that the product type matches the

seller’s activity, as the non-conformity clause is entirely borne by the

customer. (For example, but not limited to the seller of a garage that

sells food products).

• The customer is liable to pay cash on delivery to the driver in case the

"Special Request" or "General Request" may require extra charges.

• The customer may cancel the order if the delivery time exceeded the
